Needless to say, the 512GB option is a much better deal here. Not to mention, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 just got its May update a week or so ago.
Arguably one of the best flip phones on the market today is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, and now you can grab it for just $300. It’s a really good flip phone to pick up, since it does have a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, it’s powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, as well as 8GB of RAM and at least 256GB of storage. When we reviewed the phone back in early August, we really liked the larger flex window on the front of the device. This year, Samsung added a much larger display so that you can do a lot more with the phone closed. That includes using full-screen apps without even opening the Galaxy Z Flip 5, like Spotify and Google News.
The cameras on the Galaxy Z Flip 5 are also pretty decent. Now, these are not the very best cameras on a phone on the market, but they do offer a good experience. Sporting two 12-megapixel cameras on the outside, which do ultrawide and wide-angle shots. Samsung has also included a pretty sleek design along with a number of great colors available.
Samsung is promising four years of Android updates and five years of security updates, so even though the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is nearly a year old now, it’s still going to get updates for quite some time.
