Poco is a brand that’s mostly known for producing phones offering more power than their price would indicate. Today, the company just announced the new Poco 6 series of phones, and these devices will definitely make you question why you’d ever need to spend more than $1,000 on a phone again.
Poco announced the new Poco F6 phones, and the first is the vanilla Poco F6
This is the base version of the phone, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not a powerful device. The Poco F6 is powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, and it starts with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage; however, there’s also a version with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Either way, you’re going to be getting some incredible performance.
As for the display, this phone has a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED DotDisplay with a 1.5K resolution. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2400 nits.
As for the camera, we’re looking at a 50MP main camera that bins down to about 12MP typically. You’re able to punch it up to the full 50MP by changing the setting. Along with that, there’s also an 8MP ultrawide camera.
Moving onto the battery, this phone has a large 5,000mAh battery, and it comes with a 90W Turbo charger in the box.
This phone comes in three colors: Black, Green, and Titanium Color, and they all look nice.

This is the more advanced version of the Poco F6, and it’s for people who want to take their smartphone experience to the next level.
The Poco F6 Pro uses the Powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It starts with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but there are other models with more RAM/storage. There’s also a 12GB/512GB version and a 16GB/1TB variant.
As for the screen, you’re looking at a 6.67-inch screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1440. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4000 nits, but it typically reaches 1200 nits in high-brightness mode. As for the camera, it also has a 50MP main camera accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera.
This phone also has a 5,000mAh battery, but it comes with a faster 120W charger in the box.
As for the colors, there’s a white color and a black color.
The Poco F6 Pro starts at $449.
