While that isn’t the lowest price we’ve ever seen them, they are around $169 on average. So the current price is $20 cheaper and that makes these more than worth it. There are lots of things to like about these earbuds but one of the most useful things is the translation feature. With the Pixel Buds Pro, you can more easily communicate with people in another language. All you have to do is ask Google to help you speak whatever language it is you’re trying to converse in, then open the Google Translate app. Then speak in your native language and the app will translate everything for the other person and read it aloud. When they speak back, what they say will be translated back to your native language.
We realize this is situational and might not be used every day. But it’s so useful that it’s a hard feature to pass up. Especially when the earbuds are that good. The Pixel Buds Pro are also exceptionally comfortable. This can change from person to person. But most are likely to find these really comfortable even for longer sessions. And if you play mobile games, then you’ll love the Pixel Buds Pro because they feature a gaming mode. This mode was added as one of Google’s Pixel Feature Drops, and it turns on automatically when you start a game. So you don’t have to remember to turn it on like you do with some earbuds.
